There will be a fabric wall velcroed into place for eazy removal and install separating vegg from flower. Will I need to provide positive pressure and neg or just do negative pressure with a vent? I'm not worried about smell.
you can run a 6 inch scrubber in the room itself. Just fan and scrubber under it. Works well. As far as pressures, you have a lung room if I remember right? If so Negative pressure as usual on a vent cycle you dial in. But Hey I live at the beach in cali. I know nothing about Sub temp growing so my info is sub par at best I'm sure. haha

I think I have come up with a ventilation solution, a 20 cfm high static pressure fan. The total volume of room is 1008cf so it would take about a hour to vent and it would be a slow change in air exchange. No drastic changes in environmental conditions just have to tune the room to keep up with it. Any thoughts ?

I guess the real question would be what the difference in ambient air temps would most likely be. I'm gonna do some research because this is interesting to me. Cold air is thicker and more compressible. Sorry probably over complicating it. now It's research time! haha

Hey guys! So I've been poking around the forums a bit, trying to find some info on what you guys use for cameras or lenses to photograph your buds, trichomes, preflowers, etc and I haven't really found just what I'm looking for. Anyone have any thoughts? Or any links to places with info? Anything would be greatly appreciated
The Samsung s8+ Has a good camera haven't used it to take close ups of bud yet (simply not there yet) but I'm thinking it's going to be quite good, bugger it I'm going up there armed with my camera let's see what this phone can do.

In the winter time the temperatures could be -30 out and 70 inside so quite the temp difference. Slow steady adition of fresh air is the only way I see it working if I swap the room air in 3 mins that is quite the drastic change in air temps.

If you want to take a close look at your trichromes and examine any bugs (I had spider mites), one of these is really good value:

The stand is not much good, but the focal length of the lens is such that you can basically close it down close to the base and slide a leaf underneath. Mine takes excellent pictures and video.
Excellent thread, by the way.

burn some propane, run dehuwy an seal it up!iam in a out building just bigger I cant use outside air once below 20 all kinds of problems with condensation where ever that cold air comes in will be frozen. I have a roll up door when I try to vent in winter the door turns to a block of ice an drips

Going to start putting cobs together today got forty light engines to put together than build 10 frames....
Jealous, I'd help if I were still up north! Of course I realize the term "man from the north" can mean anywhere in the north lol, I lived in the PacNW for a good number of years.

lol it will be a while before I do any upgrading next thing is a bigger ac I think cause when she is all up and running it's gonna be 3000 or so heat watts total between veg and flower rooms.

You're going to need at least 10k btu just for the "3000w" that isn't counting your square footage. I'd shoot for 15-20k btu unit to have some leeway either way.
