Thanks man. My intake is part of my water resiovor for the watercooler just a 80mm ac infinity fan with a hose going imto the box. And 3 80mm fans for the exhaust.

Lol im decent at electrical and diy stuff. I didnt wana follow the band wagon and wanted to do something different. I chose the 10 watt chips because other led companies use 1w 3w or good ones r 5w chips. Figured 10 watts 12 volt chips and alot of em would be awesome and beneficial to use. And 12v power supplys are alot easier to find around. it was easy well for me anways to put the lights together. Im gonna make a new one this weekend with spare cob chips and a few of them blurple strips to go along with it. Just cuz im bored and need to build something. Been forever lol

Just curious, I've been seeing nice things with COBs. I've run 400w MH in veg and 2 x 102 w Mars Hydro panels alternatively in veg and not real satisfied either way yet. Im using a 2x4 tent currently, and I can get decent growth with a few quirks with the MH, but that's a fair amount of juice to run. The Mars panels had what I considered to be odd growth and less vigorous.

Looking nice, my day 11's are behind. Mine showed preflowers and matured faster under the MH over the Mars. Really not impressed with Mars as a veg light.

8 cobs at 40W each would fill that space well, do better than the 400 MH and absolutely destroy the mars

What are the specs on the chips, I like to do my research. GroErr is killing it with COBs.

You touched on one...cost to pump 400w 18 hours a day. Cutting back would be decent. Some of my percieved issue could be just inexperienced overreaction. I'm curious why when I run plants under the MH in veg, the centers on all the tops pale. As soon as I move plants to Bloom under HPS, the color returns evenly within a week. I don't get that. The growth is much better than CFL, flouros, Mars LED though. I haven't tried a high end bulb, I just use cheap Vivosun bulbs.
