I take 1/2 of a 1mg Melatonin tablet with 100-150 mg of Oleamide and 100 mg of oil I make from my trim and I haven't slept this well in many years.

Spinosyn (Captian Jacks Dead Bug) is for Thrips, not Mites. It's says Mites but won't be effective. Just as Neem n other oils say they work for Thrips but don't really.
Just whack em w/ Neem now & again on 3 days. They'll be fine.

I started taking this sleep stuff figuring it would help with insomnia but not the Apnea. Needles to say it definitely helped and I went back to do more research and found a article that talked about a study that said both cannabis oil and Oleamide can be used to treat Apnea too. I wanted to pass this on to you because I know first hand how debilitating these sleep disorders can be. At my low point I thought life like this was not much of a life, waking with headaches and being so exhausted all the time that you can't function, it's been a life saver for me.

i ran into a fiend on here tonight,, he asked how i was doing,, i replied,, dwelled on it, and thought i would post it here,, i think most of us are in this place, at least i hope so,, i appreciate all of you

Ok guys, will be slower than usual for a bit on the thread my kids are coming for a week for fathers day and I'm excited

SBA girls have been chopped and tossed. I am giving the QB a break and turned it off. The narcotic kush will be finishing in the COB tent. I think What we will do is go with (1) GG#4 and (1) SBA in each tent when the cuts are ready to flip. My #3 pots came yesterday and the Tupur arrives on Tuesday. Might do coco in both tents we will see...........

Thanks brother. This is my quest for some STRONG flower now as I already have found strain that help with the nerve pain. My biggest issue now is sleep. And the sleep disorder does not help the auto immune disorder lol.........
To begin with my "clock" is off from 15 years of 24 hour shifts.............
But man I miss it...........
Anyhow I really appreciate this info. I am due for a sleep study soon waiting on the script from the doc.

I took them down bro. I don't have time with a small space to spend 60 days+ flowering out sick plants. In that time I could pull a unit+ stuffing autos in both tents............... which does sound like a good idea right now while the clones veg out we will see................
I could do three Sour Hounds in each tent (my main nerve pain flowers) and probably hit a unit and a half between the six, last time under the 600W Blue MH with 3 I got 3/4 unit dry..............and I'm really low on that strain right now............

VERY wishful thinking............Nice, that Blue Harley should have some CBD in most phenos so not a bad cross with whatever you gotRemember they're regs, you have big hopes there getting two fems from 3 regs but you never know

Yes sir I have glasses for every type of light MH HPS LED etc.
My schedule is off from long history of 24 hour shifts and the meds. The Prednisone and one of my pain meds wreak havoc on your sleep schedule..............
