PEST: GOOD, BAD, OR NEUTRAL

Found this bug in my soil when I was watering my ladies. Can anyone identify this bug for me. Is it good, bad, or neither. If bad can someone provide a solution to rid my garden of them.

That's an earwig...not a plant feeder....will not bother your plants!

. i used to make them fight each other when i was a kid... them and stag beetles. lol, the british version of scorpion fighting.
