1.4 million illegals working under stolen Social Security numbers

Japan closed its borders to focus on building their country, now they are the leaders in technology and they have some of the best gadgets and equipment.

I wonder what we could do as a nation seeing as we have WAY more land than Japan.

It's about time we start cracking down on the people and corporations who employ undocumented workers. As soon as employers start getting heavy fines or jail time, they will stop hiring undocumented workers. When undocumented workers can't find work, they will self-deport.

i say we lock up the illegals first.

and by illegals, i mean the illegal pot growers. growing pot illegally is a far more serious crime than entering the country illegally.

the former is a federal felony, the latter is a mere misdemeanor.

turn yourself in so you can be locked up. self-report. lock yourself up.
 
So people "steal" ss numbers, eh? Why?

So they can work and pay taxes. They will never be able to get benefits using those numbers. The system doesn't work like that. The original card holder gets credit for paying in to the system, so it is hardly "theft".

All the workers get is a backbreaking job and less pay in their envelopes.

And ruin citizens lives everyday when they take that credit card and so on and destroy their credit. Why should they care? If needed they can just buy another for about 200 bucks.. It happens so much there is a billion dollar identity theft protection market now. Your lying to yourself if you do not think these SS numbers are abused.

You are daft. Pick up a bong and put away your keyboard.

A Social Security card is not a credit card. You need significantly more information to steal someone's identity and open cc accounts. That is done by career professionals in organized groups, not by immigrants looking to pick fruit or vegetables.

All a SS number gets you is a competed job application that will pass the standard screening.

manufacturing a federally illegal schedule 1 substance is a major felony.

entering illegally is a misdemeanor on par with a speeding ticket.
