Damn bro.... That does suck.... But like someone else said, you had weed in the car, so the only thing your lawyer could do is get it to a lesser charge... Did he read you your rights?? If not, you can possibly get the whole damn thing dropped.

ya well i realized after a while that thats a really unfair match up cause ice cube is pretty gangsta and all but hes a hell of a lot more popular i would think. and 50 is just a dog lookin to bite something

Why would you smoke in your car? Having it on you in the car is bad enough, but to get caught with your pants down? So many people get pinched that way, and it makes you look even worse in court because they would argue that you don't have any concern for the safety of others that are exposed to your drugged driving or even to your friends in the car with you. Dude, I'm not raggin on you but it's things like that that give us stoners a bad rep. Keep things low key, and good luck.

Yo bro, I read the story on the first page, and I agree with a buncha people about the fact y'all coulda been a bit more "lite" with the smartassedness.

But that shit happens, what can ya do. I myself got a pretty good scare the other night. Got a call telling me to get rid of my plants etc. etc. and that somehow someone else knew about my grow and called the police. Well, that was BS and the person didn't actually know anything; they -in a strange, 'scared the piss out of me' coincidence- made it up, and never did call anyone.

There was other fake shit this person was threatening about, but that's another story for another time. I'm just glad I didn't get fucked for cultivation that the person didn't even know about to begin with. :-?

I feel for ya man!

Ineb when u said someone made that call to u my first thought was FUCK! lol
but ya imma go the bank tommorrow im pretty sure they will back me
and hopefully im outta this situation and smoking by next weekend! :D

My thoughts were like "FUCK" aswell, because, on top of the cultivation, I have a nice load of paraphernalia, and booze which would add even more, lol.

Time to get rid of some junk, just in case.
