Wouldn't you just cut the old bag off and call it a day?

I've heard of folks rigging them up with stick on Velcro so they are easier to transplant.

Gotta shake the shit out of them with enough force to dislocate your elbow, but Im able to re-use most, if they give me too much trouble I'll cut them

Getting some work done today i came across this little fella.. this is a first experience for me, very cool. Gonna try to leave that area alone for a bit, shouldnt be long till its on its feet

At that age they are not scared of you.

At that age they are not scared of you.

Their first weeks of life they are pretty well immobile and helpless, not that they arent scared. There only defense, which I find fascinating, is the lack of any scent for predators to detect. Mom will find a secure spot to birth, and hope for the best in those first weeks

We are over run with deer. But as the numbers go up, so do the number of coyotes. Their numbers are always going up and down as the food sources increase or decrease.

I do hunt a little in Winter, but have killed far more in the pea patch than the tree stand.

Went out to transplant some yesterday, pull a bag out, looking at it.. looks kinda big. Open it, ahh wtf! I ordered 20 gal instead mistakenly, looks like I'll have to make use of them next year
