I want to know if anybody could tell me if this is a zinc deficiency making the tips of my leaves turn brown, my plant is 39 days old it's in Fox Farm ocean Forest mixed with Fox Farm Happy Frog with pearl light and earthworm castings I feed with r.o. with molasses almost every watering pH'd at 6.2
Any tips?

I think the conversation is going to turn to you using molasses. Some say it is OK, some say it is bad, if I have it correct. I grow in fox farm and have never considered using molasses. Good Luck!

Too much molasses will cause nute lockup and it looks like that's what's going on here. It doesn't look too bad though. Stop using it and flush. What's the pH of your drainage? If it's in the high 5's that's too low and could also be contributing to the discoloration.

I never use molasses in late flower or any other time, just mycorrhizae and 0-52-32. I don't think it's necessary, but those I know who use it say that you can overdo it and build up salts that cause potassium lock up among other things. Small doses and you should be fine. pH going in seems a tad low, but if it's working for you that's cool.

No, this is not zinc deficiency.
The burn is most likely from low food, leading to imbalances as the plant uptakes certain elements, and is having hard time with others that have built, and caused some burning, or the burns are just old shit that happened before from overfeeding.
Now, this plant is hungry for proper balanced nutrition.
You did not say how much molasses you use in those waterings, if it's like a TBSP/gal, or tsp/L.. a big dose like that at every watering, then you fucked up, if tiny tiny amount where water hardly turns color, not dark, just amber'ish, then this shouldn't have caused your issues. This plant is lacking proper balanced nutrition at this time.
Something along these lines, somethng like this has happened, this is what I think.
Also, with the soil you are using, pH 6.2 is not doing you any favors, keep it up around 6.5 and above.

At this point, a low nitrate, higher P and K fertilizer full of all trace elements should help you fatten up those buds. They are hungry, but not too much, better to do next 2 feedings light, then smash huge dose on them. I would do this as soil drench with good amount of runoff, no leaching, but not just a trickle out the bottom, good runoff to push out some excess imbalanced shit while you replenish with balanced food, and also not too much because we're getting close to the end. Just1-2 last dose to fuel growth and health and no more uintil the end and let the leaves die off.

You are also overwatering, either watering too soon between waterngs when they don't need it, or soil is not draining well. If you only added worm castings(and you didn't mention percentage of soil mix how much you used), then your soil is probably too soggy you messed up soil texture and needed to add something like perlite to balance it out.

Why, where is this thought/idea of yours coming from?? Your plants have Macro nutrient deficiency, nitrogen, phosphorus...

p.s. you should test a little runoff water and see if it is crazy low pH coming out. This can indicate that all this is actually caused by lockout condition, and nurients are present, just unable to be uptaked at this low out of plant uptake range pH value. This is first step before you go dumping more shit on them, which could compound the problem big time. Must know first, not guess or listen to random man on the net that is not inside your growroom. Nutrients drive pH down. EC/ppm reading of runoff would help to narrow problem down also, if you have EC/ppm meter.

I did take pictures and log everything through vegetation and now I only started seeing these yellow tips in this discoloration and leaves at about the 27th day of flower

I have Cal Mag Plus I have Alaska brand pure kelp plant food bushdoctor kelp me kelp you see weed plant food and I have floramicro and Flora bloom that I was using for hydroponic use with the Lucas formula
