I need a wedding song! - and a stag do!

my girlfriend and i are getting married next year, shes sorting all the plans out but has asked me to do one thing and pick our first song.

i cant even do that. im stuck. i dont know what song to pick, ive not even heard any i like or can think of any.

can any1 recommend a 1st dancing song?


yeah and i need a stag do as well, i was thinking Amsterdam - the last time ill get to party in a long time.

so yeah.... any suggestions?

What kind of music are the two of you into? If your looking for a slower dance song I would recommend Can You Stand The Rain by New Edition. I don't know what to say about the stag do - I don't really know what that means.

im in to rock and heavy metal and classic rock. she is kind of into rock and dancy music.

so far im sticking with Bon Jovi - Always.


a stag do is like, ermm... where u go and do something with just guys and u cant involve any girls. like, a holiday or racing round a race track or golf. it has to involve drinking and maybe smoking weed :p

My wedding day, beautiful.....the song....."You Give Love A Bad Name" Bon Jovi....
I didn't see the humour.

Pick something that means something to the both of you... A song you two jam to together...it doesn't have to be all lovey, something you 2 like.

lol i was thinking of something like that but thought it was abit insulting. plus i just wanna stand there, listen to the song and maybe do a twirl. im not the one to have fancy footwork showing off. just get through that 5 mins and then i can hit the bar.

a slow song. something where i dont have to make a tit of myself,lol. just something i can dance close to her to and not have to move much.

as i said, Bon jovi - always. is winning at the moment

Oh and about the stag do smokeh... Amsterdam would be so fun! My slow song was Lets Get It On by Marvin Gay...and everyone thought it was hilarious.
