Regeneration a pollinated plant by a hermie

I was hard headed and did not remove hermies from garden. I didn't see any more flowers. So 5th week in I test budded and found seeds in my road dawg. The question is I planned on regenerating the whole garden. Now that this plant got pollinated is it still viable for regeneration. Will it grow back female? And stay female if it does not get pollinated again

Where did you get your seeds?
I'm guessing it was bag seed.

Why would you propagate a pheno that's been proven to hermie?

No actually good regular seeds from karma and bodhi. So I pulled everything off and didn't see any balls. I was going for clones in this run. Should have pulled. So it's going now. Going forward I was only able to 1 outta 6 clones to root. Si I recut the same clones. In a aerorator machine. Anyway I see some little leaves I think I regen all of them again. This time pulling out the hermies. So my question is above. Will they grow female.(the ones that got fertilized)

A female plant will always be a female plant, and clones from it will always be female.

What he said. It will be an exact genetic copy of the plant it came from. Which means its likely to herm again as well. What you need to figure out is if it genetically prone to herm or the result of stress. Light stress, over feeding, humidity, temps.

So my next question is since I am about to have a ton of seeds I want to know if they are viable. I will not keep the seeds from the hermies. However my females got pollinated. Thise seeds I think will be good. Will those seeds be regular and females seeds? I had a super skunk auto that got pollinated by a hermie. Will those seeds be feminised. Last question I am sure I have compromised yield but have I compromised potency. I am getting mixed answers. Some say I am creating mid quality some say I am getting the genetic quality but less yield. Which is it. All the genetics are good. So all the seeds will be good.

Pollination and seeding do not effect potency. Some say it may actually increase it. I had a seriously polinated crop that yielded some excellent smoke and pressed an 18% return. If there was no male all resulting seeds will be feminized. You need a y chromosome to produce regular seeds.

Your females got pollinated by a hermie, so there's a good chance they will also herm.

Plant genetics do not change. Once a hermie, always a hermie.

If they produced male flower because of light stress, theres a good chance under normal conditions they will not.

Plants that herm easily are unstable.

If this crop potency is good then I guess i will be growing seedy weed. I cant bring it to my self to toss any chemdawg out. skunk va 91 at that. Ill start regenerating and veg a month and see how things like. May pop one of these seeds from the auto flower. They look good. I will experiment.

If the genetics are not stable, a female that expressed male traits is likely to continue doing so. There is a chance that if the male flowers are only as result of the light stress, that female could produce a herm free cycle. You wont know till you try but you need to decide if its worth it.

The plant that had the male flowers I would not reveg. It will continue to be a hermie. And if you have a spot well away from any other patches, try some of the seeds. Some old timers swore by hermie pollen. All the seeds will be female or hermie. If you have the time and space to spare, give it a go.

Sorry, I just saw you were an indoor grower. You might not have the time or money to spare on questionable seeds. Outdoors it is so much easier to take chances.

Thanks. Yes i will pull the hermie. 3 out of 7 hermed The main herm is the best performer, smells the most exotic, short and chunky. Looks like big bud if you have ever seen it grown. So I dont know if they are genetic or stress. No male flowers ever grew back. I missed 1 which grew and exploded in one 1 and pollinated all but 2 plants so far. all Bodhi, Dr. Krippling, Karma Genetic strains. Going into the 7th week, and tested some bud and its very good. So I will keep the seeds and play with those in the basement. I will regen and keep in veg until i can can see any potential for herms. Then cut the herms. Take clones then flower. Hopefully that will get me back on track.

Awesome. I wonder if the autoflower seeds will be auto flower. I always put the autos on 12/12 did about the same as the others

They will be semiautomatics. Meaning you can get them to veg if you do really long hours of light, like 20/4 or something like that. They will auto flower when put outside or in light hours like 18/6. Some folks have got some really good "early" strains breeding with autos.
