Some people are more capable of doing certain tasks than others, men, women, sex doesn't matter.

I have found that when someone perceives themselves as being not as good at something as one of their peers, they will try to find other reasons for their failures besides their own shortcomings. I think that's the root cause of the situation.

People who group all women, or men, or whatever together and assume that they can't do certain things as well as others are ignorant.
i don't think men give birth very well, you?

This is a poor example.

Something like a job skill would be more appropriate to the thread topic, like a person can be the absolute best at diagnosing engine failure, could be man, woman, or other.

You are arguing that one type of person is represented more in certain job sectors which require specific skill sets because they are somehow biologically more suited to the task.

I'm saying thats just not true, in my experience, working in a high stress diverse environment for over 12 years. Different ways of thinking provide the quickest route to solving complex problems.

I think that people do shitty things when they think that something is "theirs". Like they think they own their work environment for example.
