Ok. Makes sense. I didn't realize you can do actual bank transfers.
Have you tried using it yet? Only reason I ask is I ordered something from overseas and its almost here and still says pending. I know they got the money or they wouldn't have shipped it.
Wierd. Hope it works out soon. Just get a prepaid debit card locally and link it to paypal for future shopping.

I know. It doesn't have to be a pay pal card. You can link any debit card.
It may be different in Australia but it might since they accepted bank transfer.
I didn't have to contact my bank. I just linked my debit card. I make the purchase and it charges my bank card.
Look for link card link.
Of course I get wanting to go into a store. I can understand not wanting to link a bank card. Its safe. They have encryption.
I was just suggesting it as an easier cheaper alternative.

If the money hasn't cleared by Monday. I'm going to contact paypal and ask whats going on.

I want you guys to give me some input on the stuff I'm looking at getting from fleabay. My budget is 3hundy. I probably could go 100 more. Nothing higher.
Don't get me wrong. The selections are better than whats currently being used. But, they may not be optimal. This is where you lot come in. I'd like some help identifying anything that's a waste of cash.
I realize the fan and filter are only a tiny 4" kit. But, I'm finding it hard to locate decent priced kits that are preferably 12.5cm (5"). And dont have over sized filters paired with them. And even when searching for the individual parts. The price ends up much higher.

Well... I checked on my clones and got curious. I couldn't see any roots from below the tray they're in. So, I decided to take a poke around in the medium to see if any had even started yet.
Almost ALL my clones have roots. Whether it's just barely poking through. Noticeably there. Or starting to take off. I've finally got viable clones!
This one has the most rootage. It's in the cup to clean off most of the dirt so I could show you the proof.
I'm so fuckin stoked right now! Though. I'm not sure what to do with them now. Both Nugboxes are occupado. One with a Pineapple Chunk. The other has these little boogers mother happily flowering Away. Might have to make a new box, fire up the space bucket. Or- I could try some outdoor madness. If I could find a spot. Not so sure about the last option. Fucked knee and all...

Any fan will do. Most of the cheap ones are based on years old tech that is tried and true. I run a cheap 4 inch fan. The filter on the other hand can vary. I've had cheap ones last 6 months and had them last a year or more.
Buy the kit and update the filter later or refill it. You can get a 16 pound box of carbon from hydro shops and online for 60-80 bucks and its enough to refill a 4 inch filter 4 or 5 times.
I went to a 8 inch filter for my 4 inch fan. Its over kill but will last years before I need to refill it.
I figured the clones were close to taking off. Look for that tell tell yellowing. You still have time to run them outside. Put them in the shade the first couple days and slowly add more hours of direct light over a few days time.

The only other thing I could think of. If they weren't going to root. Was to go get a heat mat and thermostat and just monitor the shit out of them. Cheers though. I didn't think it was going to work either.
