I'm not sure where IBM's over Japan fall into play. But they weren't airborne last year. just sayin.
It looks like NK is afraid of Tillerson getting their offshore oil via petro china or roseneft.
Wasn't he instrumental in the sale of "Naval Oil Reserve"?
PetroChina is this week unloading the first Chinese purchase of crude oil from U.S. strategic petroleum reserves at a port in eastern China, according to shipping data and two industry sources.
I feel much safer, now that Putin's in the white house too.
