Will she recover?!

This is my first post and my first grow!! I'm excited to finally be on here, ive gotten some good knowledge from here!
About 2 weeks ago I flushed my soil, and the next day there were gnats everywhere. I had been keeping them down over the previous week with neem, but they just sprung up. I spread some diamatacious earth on the top of the soil and got some sticky cards, and I haven't seen any since. The leaf damage was pretty extensive, so will they recover? If so is there anything I can do to help them? I justtransplanted last night from the soil into a coco-perolite mix and watered with veg nutes hoping to get her into a better medium

To help her I would start by removing all the badly damaged leaves, She looks over watered I'm thinking her roots aren't good. Roots need air to grow which is why you let soil dry out before watering. Next feeding I would add a root simulator, liquid karma and veg nutes. It may take a lil time but if temps are good and she is getting proper air she will recover.

Ive got a 7 inch fan blowing on her, but thats it. The temperature sticks to between 73F-76F, the humidity has been high, around 70%-77% though. I took off about two handfuls of damaged leaves when I transplanted her. She was definetly over watered at the beginning of my grow, but I have backed off and am only watering when the top couple inches of the soil is dry. I checked the roots also when I transplanted and they weren't straight white, sorta an off color.

You have to have a fan bringing air into tent and another removing air or leave unzipped, but that only works for veg. Humidity needs to be at 45 to 50 or you will get mold or powder mildew.

If i just get another fan and point it out, and use the one i have pointing in, that will work just fine? then what about when it comes time to flower?

for veg, that should work fine. you have from now until flower to figure out how to seal.it off and come up with an exhaust fan. if I'm not mistaken, you don't necessarily need an intake fan, you can use a passive intake. just make sure you have a fan large enough to cycle your air space. oh yeah, flowering is going to come quicker than you expect. good luck.

I got this, says it helps with both shock and root development. Before I open it, is it good for what I'm tryna use it for?

So this is what I did. I cut a plus sign in the side of the tent and folded the flaps back in case I have to move the hole I can seal it back up. Should I cut an intake hole for the other fan?
