I have 4 plants I'm growing indoor in a shed, the plants are about 4.5ft and starting to get tippy/wobbly. Their just starting to bud also. I have beams everywhere above the plants so I can use fishing line to tie them and guide them where they need to go. Any ideas, let me know?

hand them to me I will hold them. lol.
plant yoyos have worked for me, do not tying fishing line around those ladies, you'll cut them up. you could put a cable tie around the plant, loose enough to move but tight enough no to slip over a node, then tie whatever you want to the cable tie.

thats the best idea you'll find^, try string less aggressive than fishing line for best results

scrog! IMG_1326.JPG Something like this maybe? Pvc is cheap, hex head self tapping screws and some masonry line. IMG_0199.JPG Tomato cages are great but it may be too big at this point?

Yeah, it's deffenly to late to use something like that but for my next grow I for sure want to try something like that. All 4 of my plants are pretty close together cause their all under a 1000 watt light so theirs no room to put anything around them at this point.

Thats designed so that 4 plants fit in a 4x4 and sectional. Just saying. Another option would be 4' stakes

So I can make something like that for all 4 of my plants to just grow up into?
Yup. Maybe for this run just carefully lay a trellis over them for support. I like to string mine myself with 2"x2" spacing and train during the stretch. I glue them together in sections. The uprights between the flange out and the top you dont glue. This lets you change out sizes plant to plant. You could build it, take the top off, put the plant in place and put the top on in pieces. Use the frame to tie branches to for support and trellis it next run.
