Need some help?

You need real lights and bigger pots and darker pots. That is about 2-3 weeks worth of growth, and far too tall and spindly. Roots do not like light, never grow them in anything that is clear.

Wasnt really talking about the small one that one is only a few days old

How far away is tbe light? My first grow i did all on walmart cfls, grew a hell of a nice little plant. If i was growing one or two small plants probably would have stuck with the cfls honestly. No you cant grow a tree but if your doing small set up nothing wrong w cfl in my book.

They do need to be close... study the square inverse law of light. I also agree on the clear containers... roots also love oxygen, so to do it on cheap go grab appropriate size plastic basket at dollar store and line w eeed block fabric that u put under mulch in your yard. Keeps soil dark and contained but cant beat the breathabiluty and ease of transplant when rootball is wrapped in cloth...

Also with light, i feel this goes for any light but even more vital when your using lower powered light, make sure the light is contained not just spilling out into big room. Area should be just large enough so you can have air movement and it doesnt get too hot... any bigger than that and you are wasting precous photons you paid for...

Mh, hps and cmh rock but you can grow without them on small scale..

Ehhh about 6 inches from light or so it just a small little plant that i have till my stuff gets sent out here just moved

Id start with the containers and at least get those roots in the dark, and make sure sidewalls, preferably flat white ones, are as close as possible...

I think you can get her in good shape before flower with a few tweeks...
 
I would het rid of the clear containers move the cfl closer do the hand test if it burns you or is too hot for you comfort then its to close but for cfls you want to get them as close to the plant as possible without burning the plant. Also the reflective tin under neath does no good plants recieve light from the top of their leaves not the bottom i would use the reflective film to do the side walls and you need to move your light closer your plant is streatching pretty high for age talking about the oldest one there btw.
 
Good point white. My successful cfl grow had 8 or 10 26 true watt cfl bulbs an one of those u shaped florecent bulbs i overdrove. This was inside an old freezer so less than 2x2 inside. Equivalent watts are not useful for growing...

If your on a budget those cheap white bases and household cfls can add a lot of light cheap...
