I am not trying to be rude (except about beefsteaks and iceberg ). But you are still living in the pre-social media environment. Unless there ceases to be one major network, hundreds of "journalists" and thousands of websites telling us that Trump's farts smell like roses, the absolute bottom is 27% ish.
then how does congress have 15%?

Might I suggest some freshly ground pepper on the tomato. Also, perhaps a better, more tasty variety of tomato than beefsteak. But then if you live in an apartment you are limited in choice. For me, home grown perfectly ripened Early Girl tomatoes are my go-to. Preferably still warm from the afternoon sun.

Hash browns are a lost art in diners. Maybe you know of one in NJ. I find I have to fix them myself if I want them done right. That's how it is on the left coast.
yes! yes! yes! you do get me..i like my tomato sun warm or room temp, firm but sweet..there a certain window to be sure.

hash browns with that perfect mix of tender inside, crisp crunch hot molten cooking oil.

If you like a sweet tomato I would suggest Mr.Stripey Heirloom. Sweetest thing out there. Cherokee Purple is a favorite of mine based on flavor. Fresh is always the best and once it hits the fridge taste is lost.
