Nutrient deficiency or PH problem

Is this a nutrient deficiency or A PH problem? Grown with fox farm soil in 3 gallon pots with distilled water.

Are you adding additional nutes.
She looks a bit pale and yellowish.
Is she like this all over.

I am now. This was about the 4th week after potting with fox farm soil. I started using nutes after this problem. It was just towards the middle and it tried to spread. But after I started adding nutes it stopped spreading and the color changed back a little. But now the plant in front of it is greener. So I wonder if it was a mix of both a deficiency and ph. Or just one

Thanks bro this is my first grow. It ended up being a mix of both a deficiency and ph was at 5.
