Look HLG has designed / refined the boards and their Vf ( PER BOARD ) , yes there has been a few that designed something similar BUT since you are shouting from the sideline you don't know what you are fucking talking about ... There has even been some jerkoffs that STEAL the design and submit it Ali Baba for tooling and quotes.

HLG stands behind their boards and have replaced defective boards / No questions asked.
Who you gonna call when you Frankenstein a radio shack knockoff. ?

No need to throw shade on PROVEN systems - I have jumped on board since the beginning and never looked back , I modded a shitty Mars Hydro to a Quantum conversion based on a mod by @Growmau5 ...I even have tested some boards.

These boards are basis for my custom builds ... I have done 3. Others are practically posting daily their own custom builds too. We see a few of you assclowns pop in and out of the thread from time to time. But it shows your interest in the design if you are planning a build like it. ...... Yes it can be done but , trying to throw HLG under the bus only shows your ignorance.

These kits are ready to go - easy to put together and fire up. They are priced to move and have stellar customer service. ( and that is all that matters - save your juice box money and by a kit )

several others have done that already... they started their own threads rather than trolling this one. you should do that too. you're not revealing some secret new info. I think we're all well aware it's possible to order custom boards from alibaba. those who feel like doing that will. those who would rather order from hlg will do that. you do you man.

That is like calling someone out for buying a house. Of course you can buy all of the parts cheaper and build it yourself for a looooot less than what you would pay for a built one. To further the point I am pretty sure the framers who built the house didn't chop down the tree and plane the tree into studs to use on the house, so they are not legit? No, they used what was available sourced it at the best rate for the quality and market it as such and stand behind the product. I am not sucking anyone off, consumerism is very much a thing and I don't have the time to build a house so I will pay the premium to have an already built one.

And what I am absolutely positive about is that you have never thought of designing these fixtures until you stumbled your arrogant ass in here thinking that you were revealing something we didn't already know.
