can I transplant this autoflower?

I have a autoflower white widow max.
She will be just 4 weeks old tomorrow.
I started her in a small pot and she is getting to big.
She is getting taller every day., she is at 19 inches from soil to top.
I was wanting to know since she has not started flower yet if I could transplant her into a bigger, deeper pot?
Here is the pot size and her picture.
Any help would be great.

Hey brotha, ive been doing some reading because im going to be planting some autos soon too, and its not recommended to transplant autos, especially at the stage you're in. Apparently its best just to plant them in the final pot you want them in. Im not a pro by ANY means, so take my info with a grain of salt. Im just repeating what ive gathered from a few different places, RIU included. Some people say that it can be done, but only if you have experience doing so. For some reason, it stresses auto's more (from what i read as well).

She was just getting to big for the small pot.
It was my mistake for planting her in such a small pot.
I went ahead and transplanted her into a 3 gallon smart pot.
I did good I think, No roots broke off.
She slid right out of the small pot in one big block.

Nah. Perfectly fine to transplant if done right. I've read not to do it. I did anyways. It was fine.

Take the new pot and put some soil in it. Set the old pot in the new one and fill with dirt around it. Pull the old pot out and you have a perfect hole to put it in.

Let the old pot get on the dry side. Squeeze the sides and work the root ball loose. Put the stem between the middle and ring finger and flip upside down. Then put the root ball in the perfect hole you made.

yep thats what I did.
I packed dirt around the old pot, so it was a square hole.
Then the plant slid right out of the old pot.Then she fit perfect into the square hole.

No problem.

I generally think its better to start autos in final pots but it doesn't hurt them to transplant if no damage is done.

I have grown autos in the small pots before, The same strain.
They have never got this tall.
So thats why I planted into the small pot.
She will be 4 weeks old tomorrow, so she needed a bigger pot.
I grow for a hobby, gives me something to do.
So we will she how she goes now.
