plants look very sick... i am am giving them only 1/8 of nutrients recomended... Is it possible to clone weak plants?

Can you post a pick? How old are they now? I would think if you get them better now you wont have an issue cloning. Sometimes that issue can carry over and just like In Human genetic sequencing it can cause lower quality medicine, and not recover. But, what do I know.

I've saved plants that developed root rot that I couldn't get rid of by removing all the dead material, thoroughly washing the roots, and then transplanting into soil. It's a last resort but is probably easier to salvage your plants. You need to rework your environment to prevent this from occurring in the first place before trying to grow using the same method.

Ok I just got over this problem running a DWC. I first bought some hygrozyme from Amazon (great stuff). Used as directed(I have 5 gallon buckets at 8 to 10 ml per gal). After the initial shock of the hygrozyme I switched to h202 every day added 62 ml which was a calculation for my res which I got online. It took about 5-6 days til they started drinking water correctly again and within 2 weeks the PH stopped rising which means everything in the res was dead. Best thing if they are not to big definately take them out rinse all the slime off the roots and cut out whatever nasty brown or dead roots you can. Pithium is a bitch, it was the first disease Ive ever had but they came back awesome and looking like a good harvest coming. BTW it took about two and a half weks before the plants started to smell like good bud again so dont be surprised.. The following is the calculation I used to daily dose them.
Application:

1.28*G/C= Liquid Oz's per day
Metric
10*L/C= Ml per day
Where;
C= % concentration of H2O2
L= Number of liters in reservoir
G= Number of Gallons in reservoir
Example: How much 3% H202 should I add to 7 gallons of nutes?
1.28*7/3=2.986 Oz's each day.
Where to get it
35% food grade is called “food grade†because it has no toxic impurities. Of course, your local hydroponics retailer or web stores have it (there may be shipping restrictions on high strength peroxides). The local feed supplier may have it in small towns. Prices range from fifteen dollars per quarter liter to eighty dollars a gallon. One gallon will treat up to fifty thousand liters of water.
3%5%, 8% Can be found at most drugstores or pharmacies, prices start at a less than a dollar for one hundred-ml bottle that will treat one hundred liters.
If you don't have hygrozyme or another one of the treatments you can dose them heavily with h202 at water change at approximately 60 ml per gallon. After that use the calculation to dose them daily til your roots come back fully. Also if you can, change buckets, hoses air stones anything that was in the res with the pithium. just get all new stuff or clean thoroughly with bleach and h202 or you will be re-fighting the battle again (i know from experience). Thank you all guys for response. Cleaned all the tubes and the res multiply times, desinfected all the equipment with H2O2, rot still present... Cannot just cut the roots becouse it is present on 99% of them... Just to figure out where it could come from, picked up my air pump, and the hole under (which is sucking the air in) is dirty, and the floor that thing is standing on was quite dirty too...
So is it possible it came throught the air pump into the res?
Another thing is cheap hydroton I used, I washed it well with hot water, but should I been boiling it for a while maybe?

Hydroguard is watered down to 11% Bacteria. If you want REAL strength use Southern AG's Fungicide. I run DWC Cucumbers outside in AZ. My tank temps hit the90's. Never have RR. I use AG @ 1mil./gal. It's 1000x stronger the Hydroguard.
