Cops have discretion though don't they? The individual officer can choose whether or not he/she is going to handcuff a crying 11 yr old black child, or pull an 80 yr old grandmother out of her car, or shot an unarmed black male for reaching for his wallet after being told to produce ID by that same officer, or how about the officer that shot a black male that was already laying on the belly down on the pavement, or I could go on for hours bro.

Edit: You do know that this "just doing their jobs" shit is not a legal defense for war crimes and also not in our own legal system , right?

You keep using that word "intelligence" but how are you to gauge such a thing via spats of online shit talking. I've met some geniuses in real life that articulated themselves like animals. One's use of words and desire to see someone stabbed have little correlation towards their intelligence but you already knew that.

Not quite Colonel Dullard. You see I consistently support equal rights for everyone. Which is why I don't think rights should be "suspended" by idiots like FDR.

Also when you say "civil rights" what you really mean is the creation of a contorted "nonright", since the application of a "civil right" can mean a reduction of a property owners right to self determine in favor of an outcome you prefer which forces one party to serve another, as if they had no right to determine the use of their own body and property.
