First off let me start by saying that this is my first grow. I started this experiment thinking that there was no way i could get anything out of it. I bought some kush from a friend that I found this seed in. It was killer by my standards. I started this in a closet with foil and an old 250w metal halide reef light I had laying around. Upon further reading I gathered that I could use it for the vegetation period but, it wasn't ideal. So, after it produced about 4 or 5 sets of new leaves and was about 8 or so inches tall from the soil. I ordered a grow tent 30"x30"x60" and a mars 300w led. Well, 3 weeks ago I started flowering it. It had quickly outgrown the tent. Well, I panicked and ordered a 4'x4x6' tent and got it in there soon as I got it. I bought 6 cfl 23W soft light bulbs and 3 fixtures with 2 way splitters. I'm getting sunburst looking leaves now. I have ordered another mars 300w but I really want to ditch the cfl lights. Is it ok to add or swap them out? Maybe leave it alone or move the cfl lights up. I just figured that a bigger tent needed more light.
