First Grow Harvest!

I harvested most of my first grow over the past 10 days. There are 2 Cheese plants still going which will be harvested within the next 5 - 10 days.

Here is a little info on this grow. It's my first grow. I started with 1 Master Kush seed and a few Cheese seeds under CFL's. They were grown in soil (Super Soil). Nutrients were Fox Farm Big Bloom, Grow Big, and Tiger Bloom. I followed FF's feeding chart to the T. Supplemental nutes were Botanicare's Cal-Mag Plus and Advanced Nutrients Sweet Leaf. I bought a 400 watt HPS right before flowering so it would be done "right".

That Cheese was harvested at 69 days flowering. The Master Kush was taken at 70 days. I also have some Master Kush not pictured that was taken at 65 days. I will post pictures when they are cured.

What I harvested so far is dried. Weighed 149 grams. Still have a couple plants to harvest any day (maybe tonight:eyesmoke:). That should yield another ounce or two.

I had no real expectations on yield since this was my first grow. I was more concerned about quality. However, I had 100 grams as a kind of goal and anything over to be considered icing on the cake. I thought if I got close to 200 grams that would be great for my setup and first time.

Took some buds and edibles to my favorite co-op. They loved both. Might start making edibles for them which would be super cool! :fire:

:-oI'm growing some kush too, it's not Master Kush though, I got 3 platinum Bubba Kush clones, 9 Purple Bubba Kush clones, a Banana Kush clone, and 3 from seed I don't know the name of, I guess those are called bagseed right? Your shit looks bomb as hell.:clap: I gotta give you +rep. You fucking rock!!! Hey that 149 grams came off of how many plants? It's gotta be like 5 plants right? Maybe you can help me with my question? What I want to know is what kind of set up you have, How big is your room?, How many plants?, What size are your pots? I'm hoping to pull an oz. off of each of my plants and I need your experience in growing Kush strains. So I hear that kush strains are not high yielders and that's okay with me, but I thought an oz. off of each of my clones would be a reasonable goal. I've found just the person who can answer my question, you gotta help me out. So this is my grow, I have a 600 watt Lumatek digital ballast that's claimed to produce within 5% of the useable light as a 1000 watt old school ballast, and my room is 8 by 8, the largest I can go in my county for medical patients. I have my light air cooled, I have an air conditioner running, I have an intake fan, an exhaust fan, circulation fans, all that shit. So I have a decent grow room and all of my plants were about 14 to 16 inches tall when started to flower. I don't have a camera so I can't put any pics up yet, I'm trying to get a friend to mail me his camera, but I just need an overall view of my grow from you and your honest opinion. I'm now starting my 3rd week of flowering and things look pretty good I've corrected a couple of nutrient problems. Please help me out!

Can you give me the smoke report on the Cheese? I'm growing some now and would like to know what im in for.

cheese is life bru :) im harvesting mine on 2 October...smoked it afew times from a friend and its beautiful!!!!!!! also had some cheese bubble hash in a chillum, followed by a joint of trainwreck....shortly after that i fell backwards and was out cold, hit head on the tiles and when i came too , the oke that gave it to me was standing over me and i never had a clue who he was or where i was......was fkn great!

Thanks everyone! I harvested the last 2 "Cheese" plants 9 days ago. My total dried was 230 grams from 7 plants. :fire:

In regards to the "Cheese" I grew...we really don't know what it is. A friend hooked me up with about 11 seeds, half of which were from some Cheese that came from a club. The other half are from strains that also came from clubs but my friend did not keep track of what seed was what. He just gave me a bag full of seeds. After recently talking to him and smoking some, he thinks some of the seeds may have been a Blackberry Rhino Kush that he had around the same time. I took some of the "Cheese" I grew to a local club, told the owner it was "cheese", he smoked some and said "this is not cheese, this is some sort of berry og cross". I call it Chocolate Banana because that's what it smells like in jars!

So who knows...it's bomb and that's all that matters to me! :weed:

lol...about 15...only for vegging...those are now being used around the house and a couple for when I need to keeps clones going. Kind of a waste of money but it did help get me going. They work great for rooting clones and starting seedlings.
