Nebraska is known to seize even small amounts of cash. If they charged a drug crime, the money is gone, even if it never goes to court.

It will cost up to $20k in legal fees to get $5k returned.

Now that is some heavy projection. First of all, I'm no liberal. Secondly, just because you come from a racist and inbred family doesn't mean that your uncle grandpa can't read. There is no established correlation between illiteracy and being a worthless, shiftless, cowardly and feckless inbred white Trump supporter so don't try to insinuate that you know fuck all about demographics.

No. Asset forfeiture. See they will file it as "state of Nebraska vs $30,000". People have rights. Money doesn't. You have to prove the money was legally obtained. Most of the time it cost more to get the money back. They take 30 grand but it will cost 40 to get it back. Its screwed up and needs to be against the law.

Cops are just thugs with a badge.

When they legalized it in various states it wasnt the open invitation to smuggle that lots of people have presumed. If your weed isnt good enough to sell then dont try exporting it. Keep it in your legal state.
