I can get 2 45w grow lights for 60 bucks or 1 mars 300w light for $65. But i just realized how small it is people are saying its only good for 3 plants tops, I wanna start and grow some plants indoors and move some outside when the weather is nicer but, I'm not sure what lights to buy, also i have to get a heat source like a pad to help germinate as they wont grow in cool or cold soil. Or should i but some other kinda lights?

both those options would be a waste of beer money imo.............on the cheap look at A19 led bulbs at your local big box, can veg some plants until the outdoor season. If you want to flower indoors you will need to raise your budget

How much space you got? How much height do you have in your grow space? How long will they be inside under this light before they go outside? Are you going to finish some plants inside and some outside or is this light just to get them started and then put them outside to finish? All these things and more make an impact on what light you need

Depends i guess when i decide to start them lets just go with indoor only, as i'd like to grow some indoor this coming fall, winter. Here in Canada June-mid september is the only nice weather so maybe i'll put some out them. but most indoors i guess. i have a 5x15ft space i was thinking on using for a grow space not saying i'll use all the space but thats what im working in.

I would start by determining the amount of space you will actually be growing in or the amount of plants/size of plants. Then you can begin to figure out what kind of equipment you will need.

What's your budget like?

not sure $100 maybe for now, its gonna cost $50 for 10 seeds that including shipping. Canadian prices are crazy, but i'm will to buy what ever will make the plants grow the best as i don't want them dying.

100$ is low for a good led build unless you only want to veg indoors then you can get away with less. What kind of space you dedicating to this?

If you want you can purchase 1 light that will serve you your whole grow. Personally my plants see 4 completely different lights in there lifetime. One light to raise seedlings and root cuttings then on to another light to get established well then onto another light for a lot of veg growth(24 hour) then on to my flowering lights when I switch to 12 12. But i have also completed the whole cycle with one light 600w hps if you only got 100 I would try get 2 600w at least

you dont need special lights to grow healthy plants indoors. people have been doing it with all kinds of lights for 40 years

sounds like you have a lot of reading to do. i would suggest a basic how to grow book by Ed Rosenthal/Mel Frank/Jorge Cervantes, etc., thats how many of us started. will come in handy as a reference time and time again
