Sandra's first grow...HELP MY PLANTS ARE DYING

Well I'll start of with the basics. I'm growing in soil that is being reused but sterilized(Yes I know a big no no) with T5 lights. They have been fed and watered. The strains are Girl Scout Cookie Fem, AK-48, and Blue Mystic.
I feed with Alaskan Fish Fertiliser, Armor Si, and Bio Cozyme. The Bennies I used was HydroGuard.

The problems...
It's experiencing major Necrosis, dark leaves like nitrogen toxicity, yellow leaves like lack of nitrogen. It doesn't seem mobile as it just appeared on the leaves randomly. When I got a soil ph meter I noticed the levels were really low ( high 3 low 4). I flushed the plants until the water ran clear then added dolmite and bennies to each one. The ph picked up to mid 5.

Some back story on Plant X she was part of my initial grow that got attacked by damping off. She managed to fight it off so I kept her around.

And then there is the DWC in
5 gallons of water
ph stays between 5.8-6.2
20-20-20 hydro fertilizer and hydroguard
Water temp 71
Ppms between 4-500
Dedicated 2 outlet air pump into a Ait air stone
leaves turning brown from the oldest to newest starting at the tips and working it's way inward
more recently the leaves started to turn pale yellow like nitro defencity

yes get those p.h. levels up. at those low levels they cant uptake nutrients properly and get deficiencies and/or toxicities ..

it might be tough but keep the ph anywhere from 5.5 - 6.5 cannabis likes slightly acidic p.h.. to low or to high causes nutrient lock out

show me yours... if your going to be less then truthful your not going to get the correct answers .. what type of water are you using.. ? tap?(well water) city (treated water) or bottled water.?
