OK new question..
I have 5 23 W strips with 5 drivers
If 65w of LED replacers 130W of CFL that means I could save one strip and driver and still have 90 odd W replacing the CFL and then use as a mother plant light....Would 23 watts of LED be OK for a mother plant (I know 0 about how to keep or care for a mother plant)?

Lol im not the best with led's watts but if ya can veg under it she will do dont forget mate if she looks alil tired grab a clone and flower mom out clone becomes new mom if ya have to...

Keep a bonzai mum in about 1x1 without too much headroom and white walls and I reckon you'd be fine youd want to keep her small and cosy though. not much spread on the LEDs but if you can make the space as small as possible so you dont lose much light it would work. Maybe one of these https://growershouse.com/growlab-40-1-4-x-1-4-x-3-11 or a really small converted cupboard.

Get another 5 strips if you want anything bigger though otherwise you won't have enough for your veg area. For reference I have 10 in 80x80cm and its too bright for seedlings but only just enough for flower

I have that small cupboard I used a little while back as a small veg area before I got the little veg tent. (u may recall I had 10 seedlings overflowing from it?..lol).I could mount that on the fkn wall above the little veg tent!!
