Digital Potentiometer for LED lights?

Hello, I don't know how to search for what I'm looking for on these forums, so is there a "Digital Potentiometer" that shows watts being used that can also be attached to a meanwell diver?

I feel like I have seen a few people add in a digital watt screen to there light builds.
