Post pic/s of your best bud/s grown with CFL lighting. Be sure to list all of the information below. Do not mention your nutrients...

- Lighting Setup (amount of bulbs etc..)
- Spectrum used / PAR, if known
- Wattage used
- Reflector used
- All photoperiods (veg, flower, any additional changes during veg or flower)

Love to see the results of this competition. I use flouros in veg but HPS for flowering. I like CFL's and might use them for veg when my flouros burn out. I'm not sold yet :roll: on cfl's. I've been successful with flo's but the qty/qlty and bud structure doesnt even come close to what my HPS produces. :hump:
good luck shredder....i'm pulling up a chair :)

I'd also be interested on the cost of the lighting set-up

Remember to write this up for us please, take some time. Your plants look wonderful for CFL's. Oh yes, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE include the average distance you keep the lights away from your plants. This is the other stuff you should include:

- Spectrum used / PAR, if known
- Wattage used
- Reflector used
- All photoperiods (veg, flower, any additional changes during veg or flower)

Looking nice Korvette :) Do you still have the aerogarden light hood attached or have you ditched it for the CFL set up? Those are 100% the nicest plants i've seen coming from an aerogarden. :hump:

these are mine i grew them at first with a hps in the attic dient have a temp gauge got one and realized that it hit 120F in the attic over the first month then they went to the basement with cfls 16 clf bulbs 12 27 watt and 4 35 watt 6500k 20/4 light cycle alaska fish emulsion for fert water evey other day .... the heat really messed them up growing doh:( 1st grow got 1 deffinit female 2 maybe males 2 undetermined now thery flowering under the hps again

Im still using the aerogarden lights plus 6 soft white (red spectrum CLF's )
I keep them about 4'' away from the tops of the plant

I have a grow that I've only been using CFLs with... I have a grow journal up but they're barely 2 inches tall so far. I'll post up more pics once I finish transplanting them today.

i mean it's also my first grow so i highly doubt i'd win this contest, but hey, might as well just post it up eh? >;]
