No seeds can even be frozen and still germinate. I live in a neighboring state & have ordered beans from overseas in cold temps many times; never had a problem..just know that many of the overseas seed banks sell dead seeds. You have no idea how fresh their stock is. Attitude and midweek song are guilty of this.
I strongly suggest ordering from a domestic seed seller instead because there are several good banks inside the US and they ship much faster than overseas sellers as they won't need to go through customs and/or risk confiscation. Plus you won't have to buy a stupid mug or tshirt just to get stealth shipping. I like the canna genetics bank out of Oregon but there are many others right here in the good old US of A.

Not far... one state to the right. Gave you one that I know will take CC. Have not used another domestic us bank but CGB has decent stock.
I have ordered plenty of seeds from the UK. They made it to the West Coast and germinated without problem. I'm sure those seeds made other flights and survived before I got them.
Ever heard of seedsherenow.com, Neptuneseedbank ? Most excellent selection. US based, discreet shipping and CC accepted. I usually use the first one and a Postal Money Order. I like the stuff from the breeder Relentless Genetics. Their Elmers Glue is awesome and has the stamp of approval from the guy who breed/discovered Gorilla Glue. Nice Fem seeds but they sell out of these in a couple hours whenever restock hits. Sign up for an account and you get alerts when they hit the shelf.
I store my seeds in the fridge. just make sure they don't freeze and thaw too much, the moisture in the air could condense on a thaw cycle and cause them to germ.I'm in NY and want to order seeds from Europe. Will the seeds get ruined if they make the trip in 30-40 degree temps??
