If i was going for all out yeild. I would go for a 8 x 4 tent for flower tent. But room may be an issue.it would be for me lol

Okay so I'm trying to maintain a perpetual harvest. Harvesting 9 plants a month. I will be using 3 gallon pots fitting 9 in 4x4, actually 4x3 (propagation takes a foot) veg tent. Planning on having two rotating spots in flower tent so I'll need to fit 18 plant' inside. Not sure if I have to get bigger pots either.

Yes, if you mean to 600 watters? ..and two 600w would help with heat issues too, but extraction fan would still be necessary

you can always dim the Thousand Watts down like I do in the summer months and turn them up for heat the cold part of the year

3 x 315w cmh would be what I'd do, the 1000w DE is too much heat to deal with in my opinion. Plus 3 x 315 would give a better spread.

I agree. CMH is great. Look into CMH and scrog.
