Thank you for your time and response so just use four of those until flower then do I still use them four and four soft white or just the soft white and that is enough watts just four?

I would use all the lights if you want a good harvest. The more light they get the better and with those LED's you can place them inches away from your plant without harming them.

The first bulbs you posted. This Feit "plant grow light" doesn't have any quality that makes it better for growing - that's just marketing bullshit.

Remove the diffuser from whatever bulbs you buy. That will give you more light. Just cut the plastic dome off where it meets the base.
