Recently an unknown animal decided to dig up my plant. When it did it bent the plant in half. I reestablished the plant in its container do you think it will survive.

I'd say that if it didn't do any major damage and the roots seem to be intact, it should pull through.

She's gonna be sad for awhile, but she'll recover, I'd wager.
Bet it was a fox, they fucking go for feather meal like it's crack
Be sure to support the bend so it doesn't get worse, but it's your call to leave it bent or straighten it. I often lay over plants with LST, though your case was definitely "high stress training"
