Question for HLG-320H-C1050 driver (9x cxb3590 @ 1050mA for 3x3 tent)

Hello to everybody!

I’m planning to assembly a COB LED lamp with HLG-320H-C1050 driver for a 3x3 tent.
I cannot find anyone that try to make one as that I have in my mind.

I would like to use this driver for powering 9x CXB3590 36V. But I have some perplexity:

1) I would like to use IDEAL COB holder model 35-90 for making easy wiring but in datasheet I read that that max voltage supported is 250V and 4A.. Do you think I will have problem if the voltage of my driver is 305V with 1.05A?

2) Another question is about cables for wiring.. H05V-U 0,75mm2 cable has rated voltage Uo/U (Um) 300 / 500 V.. Do you think I risk some problem wiring this driver with 305V output and these holder (Ideal model 35-90)? maybe an arc voltage with the heatsink..

Please let me know your opinion? any suggestion will be appreciated! :D

36 volts x 9 = 324 volts, a HLG-320H-c1050 maxs out @ 305 volts. max amount of 36v CXB3590's on that driver would be 8 , 9 of them are not going to light up sorry to say.

That's why I had never found someone with a similar layout. I thought there was some margin. unfortunately I'm not an expert.

well.. the problem, as I expressed in the presentation post, is that I am not very practical in electrical engineering.
I have seen that there are many posts on a new type of diy LED lamps but there is a lot more material on the cobs and they are practically a safe technology with regards to the results.
I am also struggling to find the materials in Europe. The US market with new liberalizations is very prosperous for cannabis growing.

I also just understand how to build lamps with the cobs .. it took me months! I cannot change project now! xD

Look at Hort. Lighting quantum boards.....QB 132/120 no heat sink needed....
