Damn Steve...you have me beat. I smoked some great hash with friends in 1968. They were all giggling and laughing and I was stone cold sober. First couple times were like that...then finally got stoned and saw what they were talking about. Hooked for life. Will turn 70 early next year.

"Americans are reaching retirement age in worse financial shape than the prior generation, for the first time since Harry Truman was president.

They have high average debt, are often paying off children’s educations and are dipping into savings to care for aging parents. Their paltry 401(k) retirement funds will bring in a median income of under $8,000 a year for a household of two.

In total, more than 40% of households headed by people aged 55 through 70 lack sufficient resources to maintain their living standard in retirement, a Wall Street Journal analysis concluded. That is around 15 million American households."

Too many folks have confused want with need for too long.
 
I tried a cigarette once or twice, had a few cigars, tried chewing tobacco.

Fucking hated all of them, because I'd already smoked weed and knew what a good high was all about!

I never got the hang of smoking cigs. Did smoke good cigars for several years. But when I went on the wagon from weed, I gave up the cigars at the same time. Back to smoking weed the last couple three years, but no tobacco for about 14-15 years. I've even gone to using weed for my burnt offerings when I say my prayers.
