Should I add a HPS or keep temps down?

Hey, currently on the 9th day of 12/12 and I wanted to ask everyone's opinion on something I can't myself decide.

I have two kingbo dual optical lens 900watt LEDS with an actual power draw of 366 watts each and one 1000w doocooler LED (can't find anything online of the actual power usage of this but it was a cheap seedling light and I'd say is 1/5th of the brightness of the kingbos) so let's guesstimate all lights are 800watts altogether.

2mx1mx2m tent 14 plants 9 white widow x big bud 3 mamma mia 1 ice 1 blueberry 7 weeks veg in 4 UK gallon fabric pots being bottom fed.

CO2 bag, humidifier, 6" exhaust fan, silencer and acoustic ducting.

Before when I only had the one kingbo temps were about 21-22 but now especially with this crazy summer england has been surprised with my temp is a constant 26 (lights off in the daytime and on through the night)

I know white widow x big bud from growing it before when i was strictly hps can handle temps as high as 29-31 and produce some huge colas but the quality wasn't too nice. Although this may have been down to it drying too fast and not being cured for more than a few days...

I still have my 600watt digital ballast which I can turn down to 250 or 400watt if i buy a new bulb and reflector my issue is I've just stocked up on nutes for the rest of the grow so I can't afford another kingbo which probably gives just 50watt of heat if that, while the HPS will be a lot more for the sake of wanting to make sure I get more than 20ozs should I add this HPS in or will the temps being even higher than they are cause me to get less yield, or some weak smelling bud? (Summer won't end until harvest is complete)

{Important I add this}
I can't afford an A/C with my outgoings but I found a swamp cooler on someone's drive with a sign saying help yourself I'm just waiting for some ice packs for the tank to be delivered so I can try that out but im sceptical of the humidiity it will add as England's humidity is already 60-70 throughout the night, inside my tent its at a steady 65 my humidifier is set to just operate when it drops below that during the day, should I try this swamp cooler and maybe later a dehumidifier inside of the room instead of inside the tent to keep mould away and to produce a lower concentrate of humidity or not bother at all? The windows of the room are always open as im at the top of a 4 story block of flats but can be closed this will mean the room will be cooler but less humidity will escape and when the smell starts reaching my front door I can just buy a carbon filter, intake is currently passive as there's nowhere cool to intake from!

Coco pro plus & perlite 50/50 mix, Canna A&B, Rhizotonic, Cannazym, Big Bud, PH 5.8-6
PK 13/14 and buddhas tree awaiting correct weeks to use.

Thank you to anyone who had the attention span to read all of that, I just didn't want to miss any detail which may have been relevant!

Unless you know how those leds you linked actually perform....I wouldn't do anything other than see a grow under those lights alone...if your yield/quality is shit, you just limited your variables...do something well, and change 1 thing at a time...

Judging on progress so far these lights are mint mate I just can't grow throughout the year so I want enough to last me a while, after stretching finishes they'll be around 4 ft tall they're currently 2.5-3ft tall this is day 11 of 12/12

You don't need more light.

You need good ventilation to exchange the air.

29-30C is great for LED, no worries there.

You want to keep consistent air exchange going. The swamp cooler was free so try it- not sure what ice bags will do, that's not how they work. The main thing is to remove warm air from the top of your tent and send it outside.

The plants themselves are swamp coolers; this is a big part of the reason for consistent air exchange.

Best of luck!

I think the swamp cooler has a fan and then a water tank where it adds humidity to the air to produce a cooler breeze so the ice packs will keep this liquid colder making the effect stronger

But thank you, tbh my exhaust is good but I do need more fans inside the tent, oscillating ones! And to get an intake to stop passive intake vents leaking out smells so that will be my next wages along with a filter I may add it at a later stage when the heatwave is over and the plants are further into flower

Does anyone know which nutrient is best for making the stalks thicker? A couple of the plants (free seeds) are a bit lankier I'm sure they will be able to support the weight of bud in later flower but I just wanna hit that exact nutrient or PH level a few times to be sure!

Stems look great, they will thicken as they age. If not, just tie em up, no biggy. You can also add a silica product, like Pro-tekt by Dyna-Gro, and/or add some supplemental side lighting. Also, good air circulation on the plants will cause the stems to thicken up, or at least toughen up.

Here's a link that talks about silica us on Cannabis and the results you should expect to see: https://www.maximumyield.com/simply-silica/2/1077

Cannot thank you enough,

Despite it being a long time since I last did a grow there's nothing from my knowledge which disappeared but I've never read about silicia before this stuff sounds amazing its being added to the shopping list

Ahh, no worries...no thanks necessary. Silica is a relatively new mineral for cannabis if I'm not mistaken. I could be wrong, but I think Dyna-Gro established officially that it was just as important as primary nutrients. I don't know if you're interested or not, but here's a podcast that talks about silica in depth, from plant scientists, it's really interesting:
They talk about a lot more than silica too...great listen if you want a better understanding of cannabis and its nutritional needs.

Hey guys, all going good here just wanted to update and ask a question
IMG_20180708_120041.jpg
What is this white salt on the bottom of my grow tent? I bottom feed so I'm assuming it nutes left behind by the water but please correct me if I'm wrong? I tried ridding of it during flush but the clear water didn't pick it up I had to remove the plants from the tent and clean it with a scourer !

Height difference is quite bad, I don't blame myself too much as its just the free (mamma mia) seeds which are lanky as hell but you guys were right the stalks have thickened

Apart from the mamma mias the grow looks great, day 16 of 12/12 looking like they're already 3 weeks in, I guess long veg = slightly faster flower as they already had pre flower hairs as long as my finger nails when switched I just need to research the white widow x big bud strain a bit more, strain sites claim 7 weeks of flower while growers online claim it can go for 9-10 weeks
