enough light part 2

I think I’ve finally got my shit together (for now at leased) and have everything setup properly.
I’m just growing in my closet 2 plants 16 days in.

I have them in 3 gallon pots with coco and perlite
4 100w replacement CFL bulbs (23w actual)
2 led strips from hydro store 6500k
2 desktop fans

Planning on starting nutes at day 21

Is this enough for right now light wise?

Enough for veg but not enough for flower. Well I mean any light can flower but how well is the issue.

Check the lumen output on the CFLs, find some LED screw in bulbs that match that output, pop the globes off, and save additional wattage.....

I THINK a 14w led replacement kicks out more lumens than a 20w CFL, in fact I'm sure many lower wattage led replacements outdo a 20w cfl with Phillips, as an example, doing a 8.5w led replacement which says it kicks out over 100 lumens more than a Sylvania 20w cfl. So anything that's 10w or more should not only give more lumens straight out of the box, that changes when you remove the globe as the light is not only increased by at least 10% but also becomes much more directional so less light is wasted sideways, no messing around with reflectors, and so on.

So more light for half the power without pissing around with reflectors and so on, it's a bit of a no brainer, ain't it...
