Yes. I said scrog the last time. I meant sog in reference to the first time I said it and then when it was mentioned again if it had been brought up.

I then said I mentioned sog or screen of green. I meant sea of green in that last one.

But apparently forgot to type the essential point illustrating the arrogance displayed by the OP. Sorry for the confusion, I fully agree though as SOG is how I typically grew. I was surprised as not many people talk about it now, like you said legal plant counts have driven it out of style.

I'm also ashamed & apologise for poor communication instead of revelling in it.

I was also high, which is basically saying I'm awake. Which is even more reason to aim for clear, concise communication without letting ego get in the way when you're wrong. So much easier to just acknowledge ya made a mistake, correct yourself & move on with life.

Now I'm rambling because I'm high, so the only logical thing to do is smoke another bowl and get some sleep...

It's all good.

I like sog and sort of use it.

I run a small veg cab and a bigger flower cab. Some of the plants I veg for a while and then put in three gallon pots. Some I just grow 12/12 from seed in the flower area in one gallon grow bags.

I put the bigger pots in and then grow the smaller ones on top of the bigger ones.

You don't get its not the stress that yields more. It's breaking apical dominance and redistribution of auxins.

Further more if you grow sea of green. Many single cola plants with zero stress it will out perform any other grow style. The reason people don't sog is to keep plant count down.

Listen carefully. I know the best part of you ran down the crack of your momma's ass but maybe you can comprehend this.

The increase in yield is because of the break in apical dominance. It causes auxins to redistribute to the other buds besides just a main colas. That is the reason for the increase.

Not the stress. The increase is in spite of the stress not because of it.

This is why everyone is calling you stupid.

I honestly don’t get it, you come to a grow forum and post in the, newbie section, seeking answers, then you bash all the, seasoned growers who offer help. How can you call others wrong when you Came seeking answers to your questions.

I came here almost 5yrs ago to learn, and many of you guys have helped me. Now I can grow something I don’t mind smoking with others.lol I have learned a lot and I’m, mediocre at best.

A wise man once told me, “ you learn more from listening than you do from talking”..

Something that stuck with me was a good friend of mine growing up dad was a green beret. Real bad ass.

One day he was going to a local shooting event with local law enforcement and such.

I asked him why bother he could outshoot anyone there.

He told me never to think I knew it all. Always be a sponge and try to learn something.

I know at times I may toot my own horn a bit but I don't consider myself an elite grower.

I'm just a guy that grows cannabis, flowers, house plants and vegetables.

The best advice any new grower can take is less is more and keep it super simple.

Grow some house plants and outdoor flowers. The more variety the better. Different plants have different watering, lighting and nutrient needs. It will help someone learn to read plants better.

I've lost count but I'm sure we have over thirty house plants alone.

I don't get the guy either. I genuinely started out nice and explaining why op was catching so much grief.

Oh well. Dude doesn't want it and gets off on being berated I reckon.
