I don't think it makes much of a difference to the over all yield of a plant. It does make trimming easier and it does help with airflow, pests etc.
I normally don't clean up enough. I do cuttings at switch time and at harvest that popcorn goes into the extract jars and my bowl.
I trim almost the bottom half when I flip then another cleanup at 21 days this run I’m going to do an almost total defoliation at 21 days as an experiment

My line of thinking is get rid of that lower shit for air flow and prevent mould most importantly. Whatever, each to their own. Not gonna bother anymore there's the resident pro here named @OzCocoLoco....LOL

How many times have I heard that when getting a dick pic via Snapchat only to find out in real life its not even 1/2 the size on a hot summers day :/

The friends I know of have only just recently had the snip snip and I think today's procedures are a lot quicker and safer. I inquired about it
2 years ago and they reckon it was a 30minute trip to the doctor and I could even drive home.. I had the same issues though about saying you're too young etc, you don't have any kids blah blah.. I don't know any ones other than ones on the Gold coast sorry buddy.
You get dick pics and your a bloke lol

Just got my green point delivery in 4 days quick service I think I paid for express tho... either way I’m happy some Texas butter popping soon
I done one express but since have done about 3 normal postage and there was like only 5 or so working days difference just thought I'd let u know
You could save $25 and buy something on auction with that as well

In my case where I have my grow in my yard for summer there's quite a bit of wind blockage so I do trim a fair bit off the bottoms to let what airflow I can in
But having said that the last few years I have been scrogging and topping to maximise yield as well as I don't quite get full sun

I get that, I see a indoor plant like the one that kicked this off and I think.. dafuq. No plumbing, growth covering the pots... blah blah blah. Anywho, fuck it I don't care

Speaking of the snippity snip. Anyone have trouble finding a Doc who was willing to put you under the knife for that?
I asked 3 different docs ages ago and they all pretty much told me not to do it.

My guess is either that they didn't want me to not contribute more screaming shyte machines. Or they viewed me as too young to make such a pivotal decision.
Would have been something to do with your age I’d say.
