High temps, need to replace fan?

Hello again everyone, HLG 260W kit just arrived and i'm very happy ^^ However, temps in my grow room are really high. 33°C (91,4 °F) when lights are on, 26°C (79°F) when lights are off. My room temperature is 26°C(70°F), while outside temperature reaches around 31°C (87,8°F) at 1-3PM (the hottest hours).
My tent is a secret jardin DS120W 2x4x5,5 (60cmx120cmx170cm), i have a 4 inch (12,5cm) exhaust fan rated at 190m3/h (110 CFM) running 24/24 with a 4 inch carbon filter which has a capacity of 240/360 m3/h (141/211 CFM). Passive air intake, clip fan blowing air gently on babies. My question is obvious: how can i reduce temperature to an acceptable value?
I think i bought a too small fan, but i'm not sure. If yes, i'm willing to buy a new one, possibly with something to adjust fan speed (cuz when winter will come, i will have no need to run it at maximum power).

Sounds like you have a duct booster fan that probably draws under 20w. If this is the case they are not powerful enough to work with a carbon filter. I recommend a 4 inch centrifugal fan, which will draw around 100w and have 160-200 cfm. I also highly recommend a variac for speed control, as you will most likely have to run it at half power or so as they are very noisy and powerful.

Easiest solution is to reduce the ambient temperature, without a/c it will be a challenge, I'm having the same problem, all I have done is increase the air circulating my grow space.

Yeah, maybe I misread. If its 31C outside the tent that needs to be fixed like KrazyG said.

Ok, you're giving some very confusing information.

Are you drawing air into the tent from the 70 degree room or are you drawing it in from the outside where it's 87 degrees? If you're drawing it in from the outside where it's 87 degrees, that's the problem. If you're drawing it in from the 70 degree room then you have either a plumbing problem (the air flow isn't routed correctly) or you have a fan problem (not moving enough air.)

You always want to blow the cool air into the bottom of the tent on one side and the hot air out the top of the tent on the opposite side. Now, that may sound counter intuitive , but it isn't. Here's a basic diagram on what you should be doing:

Dimming quantum board to 130W helped me to decrease temperature to approx 28°C which is nice. However, when i'll switch to flowering, i'll need to bring the power back to 260W.

Keeping the same temperature of the room would be excellent, since i don't plan to buy a/c. If i need a new exhaust fan, can you suggest me a good one? Possibly 4 inches. Thanks!

Increasing you extraction will help a little but it will be pulling 26°c air. You could go crazy with extraction but it cannot cool the incoming air enough.
I think with QB's you can run higher temps, have a look in the led forum.

If the room is at 70 degrees constantly and you're still heating up then you simply aren't moving enough air.

You need to upload some pictures of exactly what you're doing because it's not making any sense. You should have a fan blowing cool room air into the bottom of the tent. A regular, small, cheap fan will do. You also don't need a hell of a lot of fan on the exhaust side because you should be pushing more air in than you are out which will create pressure.

If all you have is an exhaust fan on the exhaust tube blowing air out the window, then that's you problem. Don't change that at all, just add a fan blowing cool room air into the tent at the bottom.

And set it on the floor blowing air into the bottom vent of the tent.

As small as that tent is, and as low powered as your light is, there's simply no way it should be heating up that much.

Ac Infinity has pwm speed controlled duct fans. It prevents the motor hum common with other fan speed controllers.
