Hi Glani,
Do you know what you did to cause it? Feed the night before? One thing I just remembered is that when watering...never put the last little bit on a plant. There's often some undisolved nutrients there and they will be concentrated.
More then one plant has been killed that way. But you have a bunch there...overfed?

Those were stopped dead in their tracks.
Something really harsh happened in the soil and it looks like it happened pretty fast.
I see a few that are hanging on for dear life, but at this point its not even worth it.
Post up your water type,how often,temps & rh,feed type & levels. Somebody will help steer you in the proper direction if your willing to learn.

They had already been growing super slow. I was doing the manifold or mainlining thing, but they were still goin slower than they should've. The roots were still growing though because when i pulled those bags out of that bin they were growing out of them. I assumed breathable bags were pointless if they were crammed together and maybe there was some root rot under there. I used a fusarium wilt treatment tthat said not to use on seedlings but i did it anyway. I also sprayed them with a powdery mildew treatment of water, baking soda, vegetable oil, and dish soap. Half spoon of each in one gallon of water, but i made it a little strong. Could be been been either of those two treatments, plus I've been estimating on the United because my ppm pen died, so there's that too. And i reused the drainage water which probably overfed the shit out of them. Too many mistakes to know which, if not all, did the worst. Took them outside and used to hose and just ran water through the bags for about a minute each to try and flush out whatever nonsense i had built up in that medium and now I'm just letting them dry and seein if there's any change. I doubt they'll ccome back and they were the last of my seed stock, so that sucks. Gotta buy more and start over now.

Nutes are the organic go box, supplemented lightly with some leftover flora nova base muted. Ph between 5.8 and 6.4.

Have you rinsed all that shit off the leafs? Did you spray veggy oil on them with the light on.
The list of stuff you shouldn't have done but still did is pretty impressive.
I get it, stuff happens but If you want to get to the finish line I would buckle down and start doing things correctly.
At least these were small.
Its way worse when you invest several months then kill them.

Yeah i got really frustrated with myself yesterday over all the shortcuts and lazy guesstimates I'd been doing. I actually had invested a lot of time, money, and effort, but my job went from part time to full time and it just through off my whole growing routine.
Rinsed off all the leaves and flushed each bag out and today will be moving everything into a different room. I had them in my bedroom but they need to be in a separate room so instead of me and the dogs goin in and out all day, bringin in the outdoors with us, they'll have their own clean place.
With correct temp/humidity there should be no need for PM treatments.
Seedlings don't need a lot of nutrients + usually the soil has plenty in it already for the first couple weeks minimum.
Re-using run-off water is going to cause salt build-up which lead's to lockout of certain nutrients.
Out of all the things you were doing wrong, watering them with run-off after feeding nutrients was the worst mistake + likely the biggest cause of their current health.

NEVER re use run off water. you can take it outside and put it in your garden, but you have to water on top of it or it will do the same thing there, burn the hell out of your roots.
you may have made several mistakes, but this is the one that did most of the damage. it may have shown up overnight, but you've been cooking your roots as long as you've been allowing them to reabsorb their run off

Thanks guys. This was my first post that got all advice instead of just ten assholes makin fun of me hahaha
One more question though. Instead of starting new seeds, I wanna use a 2 foot tall clone I have vegging to take cuttings and save time, but I'd also like to flower said clone mother eventually, so when i take a cutting, that means that spot i took it from will no longer be a budsite, right? I've noticed iin the past that removing branches made that spot not bud up, so if I leave a leaf on that node will it still bud? Or should i just take the cutting from the first node on it instead of where it comes off a main branch?

When you give an honest description of what you did wrong it makes it a lot easier to help. There is always the possibility of being teased instead of helped when doing so and a lot of new growers miss out on being helped when they are uncomfortable posting there mistakes lol.
It's hit or miss on the type of help you get on an open forum.
Not sure what your asking but if you take a clone just above a node two more branches will likely develop and both will develop buds in flower.
Not sure if that helped.

I could make fun of you...just for a sense of nostalgia,,,if you like.
Don't worry about the mother. Cut a branch and she'll grow more. After awhile being a clone Momma...she'll get all bushy.
Clone cuttings from down low are more woody and don't root as well. Middle cuts are better. Do you need any clone advice? ...or you got that covered.

Well i haven't had much luck cloning, I'll be honest. I've tried a bubbler cloner and peat pellets and rockwool. The ones that I just stuck in the dirt and left alone actually had a higher success rate.
I still have plenty of rw from my dwc days and a small cloner with a dome so I guess I'll review some cloning videos and give it another go. This clone I'll uuse as a mother is from the Black Dog strain from Humboldt and loved it
Edit: just watched an easy video that used the exact supplies i have and saw what i was doing wrong. No doubt i should have a new family of clones that will replace this dying herd of seedlings in 2 weeks or less. Man i had some good genetics in there too lol
My batch that's currently flowering got fusarium wilt. I treated it but it never grew more buds or finished filling out. The small buds it had have been crystalizing with trichomes but they never finished filling out. They'll hit their 9 week mark on the 15th of this month but im assuming they might take a week or two longer since they got held up. The wilt hit about a month into flowering and almost all the leaves fell off. I'll include a pic. They have looked exactly the same for about a month now except for the recent addition of more trichs. The plant in the foreground went in 3 weeks after the others and missed the wilt. It's called Mohan Ram and seems to be doing fine

One little hint on cloning and something that will kill a clone cutting. If a cutting is left laying around loose...it can tranpire through the leaf and suck air up into the stem. That air bubble (embolus) can block water movement up the stem. Killing it. (in a bad way)
So have a glass of water handy and when you make the cut...then put it directly in the water.
Later as you put it into medium...cut again at an angle...into clonex.and into a puck. No opportunity for an embolus. Two cut method.
