I've been following your grow for the last few weeks but I seem to notice that indoor buds at best are not as dense as outdoor buds at their best..I've been comparing my outdoor to your indoor (myne is now 70days old) and my buds and pistils look much thicker with loads more resin.. i think especially with led lights compared to African sun, maybe there is not enough light stress on the plant to create optimum tritch production and density.. I know you may be new to growing but I'd like to hear what some of the other growers here have to say..?this is a Pic from 2 weeks ago will send a new 1 2morow.. But look how the pistils are fat and do not face straight up

This is my aurora cross. About the same size. Again, genetics

I shouldn't be buying these. Money at the moment is pretty tight. I just couldn't help myself. The deal was too good and i want to try autos anyway. These were on sale at half the price of some of the other strains and has a high thc content. Super Skunk Auto Fem! 5 for 24 bucks is a steal. I had to pay a 6 dollar surcharge so 30 bucks in total. Worth it.

How could I turn away from such a deal?

I just can't expect the same vigor as a plant getting optimal amounts of sunlight. I can try to SIMULATE it at best but i mean, c'mon, its the sun lol. Did you expect L.E.D to out perform or match the suns power and penetration?

Even with all that said, they aren't too far off. I think I'm having a pretty solid run :hump:

I 100% understand where you coming from.. But in the states does it not cost more to buy indoor weed than outdoor.. Over here our people think indoor is superior thus much more expensive.. My trees are a local cross between Swazi and skunk

Yea it's really starting to stink now.. Walked into the room today and was surprised how much smellier it got in the last 24hr.. Im growing in like an outbuilding without a roof so it holds the smell in cause of the walls.. Buds are really fattening out fast and think harvest is beckoning.. How about your ladies?

Nice. My ladies are looking good. I do wish they were a little chubbier but theres still time. 4 and a half or 5 weeks. I might even be able to push it to 6 but it all depends on how the trichomes look. The smell has increased over the last couple days. We might end up harvesting around the same time :bigjoint:

I might post pics later tonight or tomorrow morning . I'll use my Nikon instead if the phone. But only because they look pretty now :hump:

Looking great brother, wish I was that far along with mine. I know it's hard to wait sometimes, but it'll pay off in the end.

We may just harvest the same time.. But mine is really ripening fast now so maybe not..wish I could go longer but pistils are turning fast so I might be at my final bud size.. Here's a Pic to show how mature they are
