What’s this?

Ok thanks for all the help. I thought it was calcium problem or something at first. Lowe’s has both concrete and the mix at my store so I’m going now to get it!

Initially often looks like a calcium problem but it can also look like mites, it can look like a few things, that's the problem

but you see the circle with the black ring around it?

Probably should have asked you what you're feeding before getting you to buy copper and stuff although I recommended the baking soda which is cheap and works very well

(probably be more responsible so let's go through it if you got a minute, the ball game isn't on till tonight so I got time)

..so what are you feeding?

What's your pH, do you have a lock up all that info would help

.. do you know @Thumper60 by any chance? he knows this stuff like the back of his hand, helped me with this same issue a while ago, let's see if we can get him to take a look?

Started a few days ago and is spreading quickly.
Devil cream Auto by Sweet Seeds
Day 53 from seedling
Last feed was 2 days ago
15ml pbp bloom + 3ml calmag.
Ph @ 6.3
900 ppm
By re-looking over your pics looks like you are approx 2 wks into flower. Be careful to use something that's safe in flower.
It works do it ASAP to save as much Leaf as you can, do it every other day at the very least
Good call guys. After looking at the pics again I realized the plants in question are approx 2 wks into flower! Sounds like a safe place to start. Good luck bro!

Well she’s in a 3gal pot in happy frog soil mixed with perlite.

Feeding her green leaf nutrients mega crop. Currently only using 4 grams or so per gallon with 1 gran of gln Bud Explosion as well since she just went into flower 10-14 days ago. Ph is always Between 6.2 to 6.5 at lowest/highest.

She looked perfect up until a week or so into flower... then this spreades fairly quick within the past week.

I thought it might have been calcium spots when i first looked but the color says otherwise. Calcium look much lighter. Like, yellow. Not so much brown/orange. It did worry me a bit when u mentioned it showing up right after a feeding. If you haven't changed anything on your feeding cycle. I'm confident we are correct in our diagnoses.

Hmm well only line I’ve used before that was Botanicares Pure Blend Pro like. The pbp grow, booom soil formula and their cal-mag product. I still use it as a back up for problems and stuff if needed. But it is a liquid form also. But this grow along with 3 other strains I have going with it. And my last grow I used GLN MegaCrop. And I had great results with it but I just started using it as well. I don’t believe it’s from the nutrients but I understand where you’re coming from as far as it clumping and whatnot. I had the same problem with my last bag I purchased...

Oh shit I tried to delete that because I don't want to get into a big thing with the mega crop people, I didn't notice you already checked it.. that's fine that's just my finding and my opinion.

But I would go talk to the Mega crop crowd cuz I don't have anything good to say about it sorry and baking soda won't hurt regardless of what's wrong with your plant I would spray it immediately

Here's my mega crop, it was sitting on a wire rack so I don't know why it's a hard lump?15377218614951788537659.jpg

It’s gone lol

I really wish it worked out for me and like I said a lot of people love it so maybe it's me but I don't know why it turned into a lump sitting on a wire rack it was underneath a light too so it didn't get water dropped on it but it's been very humid for a couple weeks so idk?

Anyway spray the baking soda the rings with the circle the brown in the center and it's a small black ring at the outside of the circle that's an indicator for septoria, I have a picture somewhere,

looks like a few dif things but all septoria

Ok I’ll try baking soda first. If that doesn’t help in the next few days I’ll go drop $20 on the copper.

Oh no, you misunderstand , you're going to need them both lol! (and more!) Neem works great veg, consider that too! But first make sure the mega crop guys tell you it's not calcium, they know more about that stuff than me it didn't work for me so that might be a good place to check out they're all friendly over there they love to talk about Mega crop all day you love it over there believe me!

Oh lol ok I just bought baking soda and a mix bottle of the bonide copper fungicide spray at Lowe’s. They didn’t have the concrete mix so I’ll order that off amazon.

What steps should I use when going about this? Like spray right before lights out only? How many times should I spray with copper spray and/or baking soda? Etc.

Just make sure it's not a calcium issue, the mega crop didn't work for me so once you said that I really don't know, to me it looks like leaf spot but do check it out

Here's a pretty good article from here that I had saved hope it helps

Leaf Spot Fungus, only on the larger, older, fan leaves (based on pictures), seems odd. I would lean towards a Calcium issue. What I wouldn't do is spray, fumigate or anything else of this nature...your lungs would probably agree. If you do think it's a fungus, I would adjust your temps, humidity, air flow, trim off infected portions of your plants, disinfect as much of your grow area as possible and stay your course.

Damn I already sprayed the plant last night. Not looking super healthy but not looking dead yet either. I’ll leave it be for now since I already sprayed but it’s spreading quickly. I think it was due to low temps and higher humidity at night. Also bad air circulation, might have to end up throwing out this one soon If it doesn’t get better.

It's hard to tell right from wrong sometimes. At this point see if what you've done helps. If not, you know what tree to go barking up.

Exactly. Thanks, I do not honestly believe it’s calcium though. I’ve had calcium deficiencies many tines and this just doesn’t quite look like it. There’s plain black spots all over the new growth. I’m going to do my best to help and treat it, lucky this plant is in a 2x2x4 tent by itself. If it dies or gets bad to the point where I think I should just take the loss than so be it, at least I can get some practice on this problem I suppose with treating it lol. Nothing is always a loss, I’ll learn something out of it hopefully wether it makes it or not.

There you go... Let us know how it works out for you; like you, I'm always interested in learning new things and no matter the outcome this will be interesting to note.
