Looking at a 1.5x1.5x2.0 high space, currently green crack, sour diesel and c99. Not sure on the scrog net this run as I was hoping to get up close and personal access to catch any fuckups before it's too late. Air conditioning and a decent dehumidifier are currently being installed. To be honest I'm just looking for quality over quantity as I'm tired of paying big money for rubbish. Have held off on the purchase as im wanting to know the amount of lights necessary and if de hps will be of a benefitView attachment 4205512

How much money do you want to spend??... you could get some really good leds that are just at bright as hps, bout 500 a board... i got 2 in a 4x4... I have been seeing some awesome results over the last couple of months and I can keep my tent as cold as I want when lights are on which is a plus.... no Larfy buds either all of my lower branches are rock solid its hard to tell what was at the top of the plant and what was at the bottom now it’s all in jars. I’m getting a product far better then I could buy, well I could get a similar quality but it’s 350 a oz

Going to add some far red led and uvb reptile lamps to the tent soon, 15 min before lights on and off, should make the plants finish faster, seeing some amazing results from some of the guys I follow on here

I've got the v1 units atm 550 and 300, but im going to order that 600h diy soon I reckon in v2 they're good value, gunna get it pre assembled from growerslights in the states. Will give me like 1100 watts in my 4x8, the owner of hlg reckons about 35w/sqft is where ya wanna be. Day 30 since I flipped 12/12, you need high ish temps, im keepin mine pretty steady at 28*c just with my fans atm, need a heater in dead of winter tho. I'm still a pretty new grower, but I'm starting to dial it in.

These look like the goods you can run these with your leds in your normal light cycle... apparently the far red after lights out puts them to sleep faster. But if you run these with your normal leds you can increase photosynthesis and the plants metabolism.... 2 boards $175 I guess that’s American

Hlg has something coming out in October a different spectrum that has the far red, deep blue and some green i think? Apparently only $99usd aswell. Good times for light progression hey.

I got 2 260w 1 is v1 288 n other is v2 or 304 ... think it works out to about 500 watts but I want to buy another one... I got my diy straight from hlg I put it together myself, Got a electrician mate to check it for me. I try to run my temps at 24 degrees constantly but maybe I should experiment running a touch warmer... in def seeing some crazy buds that’s for sure

Checkout grandmasterlevel.Com he has switched his whole grow from hps, big rooms, he runs his at like 88f which is like 31c, i try aim for 28-29. Higher humidity is definitely needed too.

Yeah probably running co2, you can run those temps with co2 for sure but might leave the air con off tomorrow and see what happens

temps and humidity in flowering I have been taught to keep low 20 to 25 degrees and 40 to 50% humidity, high heat and humidity sounds like a haven for mould to set it. I will definately have to research, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it I say. I will be watching your progress for sure, hope you don’t run into any mould problems down the track

Had a look at that grow with all the kits, looks awesome... it’s a big op, it was day 42 for them and all of their hygrometers were reading between 78 and 82 f, anywhere between 20 and 28 is good for buds tho

Worth looking into V.P.D it changes alot of the old rules
