I'm saying it most probably wasn't intentional
he was most probably duped and set up given the facts of the situation.
So for example what if she had a fake ID like a drivers license that says she was 18?
Is he still guilty of being a child rapist despite him doing all he could to verify her age, yet was lied to and is a victim of fraud by deception?
What about a thought out response to the other example situations I gave?

Cite where these are documented as verifiable facts and free of your words "probably" or "what if". Also, where does it say that he did all he could do to verify her age?

Agree he's not convicted and only charged. This is where I diverge from stated facts and go to my opinion that I think he's guilty as all hell and knows it, I base my opinion on facts.

Those being:
He has been indicted. The girl has given her story to the police and the police saw fit to indict him.
He fled the country.

You base your opinion on made up shit.
I base mine on facts.

Apart from my opinion on it probably not being intentional given the circumstances and him being set up, the rest are facts.

What part of that don't you understand?

You have to be fuckn smart to call everyone ignorant, but not enough to realize you are defending an adult who paid for fuckning a 16yo. It's not all about the law, how can you possibly think you are doing okay paying to have sex with a 16yo, with consent or not. It's like looking at one the disgusting aspect of our society and be like "its okay he dit it fine", and look at this poor guy getting charged !

By the way it's really not about Americans, but I get it, calling a stereotype is easy when you feel that you are overwhelmed by your lack of empathy and humanity.
I will keep mine for another cause.
