So for example what if she had a fake ID like a drivers license that says she was 18?
Is he still guilty of being a child rapist despite him doing all he could to verify her age, yet was lied to and is a victim of fraud by deception?
What about a thought out response to the other example situations I gave?
Cite where these are documented as verifiable facts and free of your words "probably" or "what if". Also, where does it say that he did all he could do to verify her age?
Agree he's not convicted and only charged. This is where I diverge from stated facts and go to my opinion that I think he's guilty as all hell and knows it, I base my opinion on facts.
Those being:
He has been indicted. The girl has given her story to the police and the police saw fit to indict him.
He fled the country.
You base your opinion on made up shit.
I base mine on facts.
