i have no racial agenda. i don't think a persons ethnicity has anything to do with their worth.
"culling" should be based entirely on genetic stability, and native intelligence.
imagine a world where there is no diabetes, no sickle cell anemia, much less cancer, heart disease, less alcoholism....where families aren't saddled with the care of a child that will never be able to take care of itself, or contribute anything to the race in general....
even better, imagine a world where people take the responsibility to be able to take care of a child before they have one. where children don't impregnate each other, and then give up on having anything like a normal life, because they're got a kid to take care of now, while all their friends are still out having fun. so not only are these people not at all prepared to have children, they resent them, and feel that their child is stealing part of their life.

and that's exactly what i mean by "people are incapable of practicing husbandry on themselves".....it's perfectly fine to cull animal populations when they get out of hand, but it's better to let people die of starvation, die in pain and fear in wars, to be oppressed by the winners of those wars....
