Do we have a spirits forum ... the kind that is about making booze? It has been a banner year for grapes in my neck of the woods and i would like to share my findings with other s...Sunni?
I see... well this is my first attempt , day 12 of fermenting , reduced the sugar , looking for a version of daygo red and yes I am Italian PCSpirits are distillate. Uisce Beatha, Aqua vitae, Whisky. The "essence" of the grain. That said, grapes make fine liquors, aside from the foreshots being heavy with all the nasty hangover things..
I've done that, just put it all back in the fermenter for a bit. Waste of corks but so what.I think I bottled too soon I have corks a popping around here LOL
