Ramirez already contacted by FBI

Mrs. Ramirez, the second woman that came forward against Kavanaugh, has already been contacted by the FBI.

They are not fucking around.

They're not just going to look at Kavanaugh and Dr. Ford. They are going through everyone.

I wonder if Rosenstein had this whole thing ordered ready to go from the outset just to really fuck Trump hard.

The investigation is a sham. As usual, Trump and Republicans negotiated in bad faith.

White House limits scope of the FBI's investigation into the allegations against Brett Kavanaugh
The FBI has not been permitted to investigate the claims of Julie Swetnick, a White House official confirmed to NBC News.

While the FBI will examine the allegations of Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez, the bureau has not been permitted to investigate the claims of Julie Swetnick, who has accused Kavanaugh of engaging in sexual misconduct at parties while he was a student at Georgetown Preparatory School in the 1980s, those people familiar with the investigation told NBC News. A White House official confirmed that Swetnick's claims will not be pursued as part of the reopened background investigation into Kavanaugh.

Ford said in Senate testimony Thursday that she was "100 percent" certain that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her when they were both in high school. Ramirez alleged that he exposed himself to her when there were students at Yale. Kavanaugh has staunchly denied allegations from Ford, Ramirez and Swetnick.

Instead of investigating Swetnick's claims, the White House counsel’s office has given the FBI a list of witnesses they are permitted to interview, according to several people who discussed the parameters on the condition of anonymity. They characterized the White House instructions as a significant constraint on the FBI investigation and caution that such a limited scope, while not unusual in normal circumstances, may make it difficult to pursue additional leads in a case in which a Supreme Court nominee has been accused of sexual assault.

The limited scope seems to be at odds with what some members of the Senate judiciary seemed to expect when they agreed to give the FBI as much as a week to investigate allegations against Kavanaugh, a federal judge who grew up in the Washington DC area and attended an elite all-boys high school before going on to Yale.

President Donald Trump said on Saturday that the FBI has "free reign" in the investigation. "They’re going to do whatever they have to do," he said. "Whatever it is they do, they’ll be doing — things that we never even thought of. And hopefully at the conclusion everything will be fine."

Apparently you didn't watch the last hearing. Flake specifically said he agreed to an investigation that was limited in scope and time. That's what the Dems convinced him to do just prior to the vote. The Dems convinced Flake to agree to those terms. In that little room next to the hearing room. Despite the fact, it was completely up to McConnell . . . and nobody on the Judiciary Committee. Remember? And, there doesn't have to be any negotiation. Because elections, consequences, majority, and stuff. The Dems will get their chance soon enough.

The investigation as it currently is described is a sham. Clearly you don't care but then again you are fine with a lying partisan rapist on the Supreme Court. The Dems are not waiting for a chance to put a lying partisan rapist of their own on the court btw.

The Dems were the ones who convinced Flake to change his mind and agree to those terms. Whine to them.

What exactly does Hillary have to do with the FBI investigation? You are correct, about the majority voting for her tho. And yet, she still lost. That's gotta suck. She should've figured out how presidential elections are won in the US, before running for president. Mark Judge has agreed to cooperate with the investigation, dummy. And please tell me which Democratic Senators brought up Julie Swetnick during Friday's hearing. You suck at this.

So then why did trump make Julie swetnick off limits for the sham investigation? Why did trump make judge’s Safeway job off limits for the sham investigation ?

Trying to blame this sham investigation on democrats is pretty dumb, stinky

Nobody agreed to a sham investigation. Too funny that you think there is some conspiracy with Flake. The only reason why this investigation is happening at all is because Flake and a couple of other Republicans aren't convinced to vote for the raping judge.

Just pointing out that this investigation is a sham. It's up to the few thinking Republicans left to decide what they want to do.

Why did the Democrats take Flake into a small room, drug him and gang rape him and convince him to agree to the exact terms he stated when he placed his vote? Whine to them, bozo.
